Homemade Ketchup

Homemade Ketchup from Kathrynseppamaki.com #realfood

Ketchup is the most popular condiment out there. But most store bought versions are full of high fructose corn syrup or refines sugar….which I really try to avoid! And it is used for so many different things and is so many different recipes, that is was really important for me to do a clean homemade ketchup.

This recipe is really quick to put together, and really tasty too! It makes about 1 cup, so if you need more, just double the recipe. It should keep in the fridge for a month or more, when covered.

The best part of this recipe? No sugar or nasty high fructose corn syrup. You will always know exactly what is in your ketchup!

This recipe is naturally gluten free….and grain free too!!! Use it to top your next grilled burger or homemade fries….or for any recipe!

  1. Wow! I ran out of ketsup while making meatloaf tonight and found this while looking for a substitute. I tasted it side by side hunts and couldn’t tell a difference! I may never buy ketchup again. Thanks!!

    1. This is absolutely our go to recipe too! It’s so quick and simple to make and you have great control over the ingredients you use. No high fructose corn syrup or artificial ingredients!
