Sparkling Lemonade

Are you looking for something fizzy to replace chemical and sugar filled soft drinks? This sparkling lemonade will quench your thirst!

I used to be a pretty heavy soft drink consumer. For years, I regularly drank diet soft drinks, well before I learned the truth about artificial sweeteners and their negative impact on the body. As I transitioned to higher vibrational eating, I was forced to give up soft drinks. But I found that I missed having a cold, bubbly beverage, especially during the hot summer months.

I was missing the bubbles so much that I decided to create a beverage that didn’t contain all of the things that were not exactly great for my body. I got some sparkling water, added some lemon and a little organic stevia…and total yumminess was born.

This new natural “soda” just makes me happy…and that alone is worth it’s weight in gold! The fact that this sparkling lemonade isn’t filling my body with low vibrational ingredients means that I hit the motherlode!

It’s chemical free, sugar free, gluten free, grain free, sweet, tart, bubbly goodness!

You could also try this with lime or even do a mixture of the two for an additional variation! Or chop up a couple of fresh strawberries and try some sparkling strawberry lemonade!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 16 oz. plain sparkling water
  • 10 drops organic liquid stevia

Recipe Instructions

  1. Juice the lemon
  2. Pour lemon juice into glass
  3. Add sparkling water and stevia
  4. Stir well to mix
