Yields: Equivalent of 1 envelope of store bought seasoning mix. Serves: 4 Servings

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Recipe Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small dish.
  2. Mix well.

Recipe Notes

  1. This seasoning mix is the equivalent of one envelope of store bought seasoning mix. It is best to use this with 1 pound of ground beef, turkey or chicken.
  2. If using less that the full amount, store any leftover seasoning in a small airtight container.
